

Haven’t been to this park since I was a kid, but while on the run from wildfires this sprint we were driving different routes and ended up stopping back here for a few moments on a very blustery day. Truly one of Nova Scotia’s most impressive Provincial Parks.

It had been awhile since I’d made a dedicated trip out for some golden hour photography, and sunrise is still reasonably late so I managed to drag myself out of bed at 6am to head a few minutes away from home. Forecast was for a mix of sun and cloud, about as good as you could hope for so I figured it was worth the gamble. I was hoping for sun coming in under the cloud cover, but things ended up a little reversed.
