I’ve posted photos from this location before, but it’s nice to revisit and try to refine. We’ve had a pile of rain lately so there’s a lot of water moving through which makes for some nice long exposures.
We’re fortunate enough to have a massive nature preserve just minutes from our house. The hiking can be rugged but it’s also possibly on the list to become a National Park. Out for a short hike after work, I found this rather lovely cascade a little downstream from where the trail crosses.
Haven’t been to this park since I was a kid, but while on the run from wildfires this sprint we were driving different routes and ended up stopping back here for a few moments on a very blustery day. Truly one of Nova Scotia’s most impressive Provincial Parks.
Had mere moments here before the fog rolled in, but managed to get a couple of my favorite photos of the lighthouse here yet.
