We’re fortunate enough to have a massive nature preserve just minutes from our house. The hiking can be rugged but it’s also possibly on the list to become a National Park. Out for a short hike after work, I found this rather lovely cascade a little downstream from where the trail crosses.
Haven’t been to this park since I was a kid, but while on the run from wildfires this sprint we were driving different routes and ended up stopping back here for a few moments on a very blustery day. Truly one of Nova Scotia’s most impressive Provincial Parks.
Had mere moments here before the fog rolled in, but managed to get a couple of my favorite photos of the lighthouse here yet.
Had a visit to the Steele Wheels auto museum in 2023. It was quite well done, clearly a lot of passion in it’s creation. Mostly older vehicles but there were several modern super/hypercars in the back corner. The Ferrari SF90 and 488 were particularly impressive, as was the Ford GT and Aventador.
